Für die schnellste und effektivste Unterstützung empfehlen wir dir, das integrierte Feedback-Formular in der Bierchen-App zu nutzen. Diese Methode sendet automatisch hilfreiche Diagnoseinformationen mit deiner Anfrage.

  1. Anmelden: Öffne die Bierchen-App auf deinem Gerät und melde dich an.
  2. Profilmenü öffnen: Tippe oben rechts auf deinen Profil-Avatar.
  3. „Feedback & Support" auswählen: Tippe auf die Option „Feedback & Support", um das Formular zu öffnen.
